Attorney Katie J. Christiansen

The National Trial LawyersKatie Christiansen is a 2012 honors graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, with a concentration in criminal justice. Before attending law school, Katie received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from the University of Nebraska.

Before coming to work as an associate for Doar, Drill & Skow in 2014, Katie worked as a Law Clerk Fellow for the Honorable John R. Tunheim in United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Christina M. Wietzema in the Fifth Judicial District of Minnesota.  She has experience representing clients as a student attorney for the First District of Minnesota Public Defender’s Office, as well. 

Katie lives in Hudson with her two dogs.  She enjoys running, yoga, reading, and volunteering.
