Mary Jo Klatt, Legal Assistant at Doar, Drill & Skow Law Firm in Wisconsin

Mary Jo Klatt

Mary Jo has worked at Doar, Drill & Skow since 1987. She and Mike Brose have worked as a team since 2006. An expert at her work, Mary Jo manages case loads, plans and organizes Mike's activities, coordinates the work of associate attorneys, medical records staff and research assistants, and serves as the primary contact for clients and other professionals with whom we work.

Karen Steel

Karen joined Doar, Drill & Skow in May 2013 as a part-time assistant for Attorney Matthew Biegert's team. With over 20 years of office and assistant experience, she quickly proved an exceptional value to the firm. In early 2016, Karen began working as Legal Assistant to Attorney Biegert.

Tresa Germain

Tresa came to Doar, Drill, & Skow in the summer of 2014.She serves as legal assistant to Ardell W. Skow.  They work in the field of law that involves  representing people who sustain personal injuries that are caused by defective products and/or the negligence of others.  Prior to joining our team, Tresa completed her training as a paralegal and received a degree in that field in June of 2000.  She has worked as a paralegal  at a St. Croix area firm in the litigation fields of personal injury, criminal defense and other civil litigation.  In addition to law Tresa enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

 Katie Olson, Office Manager and Marketing Director at Doar, Drill & Skow in Wisconsin.

Katie Olson

Katie joined the firm in 2013 as Office Manager. In 2017, she began serving as legal assistant to Attorney Annie Brose. Prior to coming to Doar, Drill & Skow, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in History at the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and spent seven years working as an administrative and legal assistant to a solo practice attorney in Minnesota. 

Tracy Hemer

Tracy came to Doar, Drill & Skow in the fall of 2018. Before joining the firm as Legal Assistant to Attorneys Katie Bosworth and Allyson Moore, she worked for Polk County. Her past experience with local government, paired with her exceptional work ethic and driven demeanor have made her a tremendous asset to the firm, as she manages busy court calendars and heavy caseloads. Tracy also serves as a main point of contact for their clients.
